I am located in Southern California, and provide virtual therapy for folks in California, Washington and Alabama.

It works better than I expected! You’ll get a link for our sessions ahead of time to use on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Bring your comfiest clothes, snacks and your water bottle and prepare to process!

At this time I’m only working virtually.

My out of pocket fee is $185 per 60 minutes for individual sessions.

I don’t see couples.

I am able to provide a superbill for out of network benefits.

First session is usually a blend of me asking lots of questions to get to know your history, and you having the chance to share some of what you’ve been holding. Part structured discussion, part free flow conversation and building trust.

I’m in network with Optum, Ventura County Health Care Plan, United, and some UMR plans.

I’m an out of network provider for all other plans.
