You deserve a space where you can let your guard down. A place where you don’t have to know all the answers, where you don’t have to hold it all together, and where you can receive the support you need—just as you so often provide for others.
As a therapist, you might even work with the same issues I treat with my clients. And it’s totally normal to feel judgment about having some of the same struggles. You might fear that a therapist will judge you for that.
But let me assure you—I see you as a whole person, first and foremost.
Therapy is the place where you don’t have to be the one to hold it all together.
